3D Parametric Modeling

I'm only vaguely familiar with 3D modeling and constraints, having done a couple of Autodesk Inventor tutorials. So when I saw that BricsCAD offers this in it's package I went in search of a tutorial to get started. Well, the tutorials on youtube require you to be a speed watcher and there is no voice, only music as someone performs mouse clicks at 100 mph. So can anyone steer me in the right direction to find something self-paced or at least a little more informative than what I've found thus far?
