layout's origin changed at different plotter

I set the plotter into a system printer in the "Page Setup" and made all the stuff aligned with the printable area.
However, when I change the plotter into "Adobe PDF" or "Print as PDF", the origin of the printable area just shifted away a little bit.
Why did this happen?
It's very annoying...
