New ribbon disabled in "no documents" state
I noticed that when you close the last document and go in "no docs" state BricsCAD turns off all ribbons included the "NEW" button. OK I can use the menu but I guess this can be recorded as bug. Apparently same behaviour in V17/V18beta.
