Customizing settings

I couldnt find this in any threads so here it is.

First, I have been trying to find where to change the color of the osnap (esnap I think in BCAD) grip. The default is red and want to change them to yellow. I managed to change others in the settings tab but no luck with the snap.

The other big thing is that solids are opaque. I can't see through boxes, extruded objects etc. I dont want to change each individual object manually. I want them to be transparent wireframes from the get go.

I may have more questions. I still havent set up my toolbars, which is two pages worth of commands that I have to hunt down.
