Underlined text in mtext with columns

Hello all,

Did anyone else run into this problem?
When I create an mtext and I underline some rows, save and close the file, when I reopen the file the underlined text remains (see pic01).
Now if I make the mtext in multiple columns and I have underlined text, when I close the file and re-open it the underlines disappear (see pic 02 and pic 03).
Is there a fix for this or it is a bug I should report?
