Mleaders not working in version 19

With version 19 I was hoping mleaders would be fixed, but unfortunately they are still less than functional.
I have found the following issues
MLeaders to the left do not display their text. If you select the leader the properties window shows the text,but it is not on screen.
Mleaders to the right and left only use standard style regardless of what style is current.
Version 18 does not have these problems
