[19.1.07-3] Copy/Paste Block : "Dimension/Form" change for a Dynamic Block with Polyline

I've a strange behavior as you can see on the 2 attached screenshot.

This figure had 3 dynamic block (magneta) et after copy the "dimension" has changed.

  Found Solution : need to do a FLATTEN before copy. In 18.2.14, this problem was not present.

  BUT, it remains a problem. The copy is not correct.

  Not Solved in 19.1.10-1 (see the test attached). Select all items and copy to a new draw.

  I am using V18. But _Audit does find 32 errors. Seems worth a try.
