SOLVED AutoCAD: MNL file loads in every dwg session. BricsCAD: No? Preferred package loading scheme?

Sorry I couldn't find this elsewhere.

In AutoCAD, the MNL file for every partial menu loads in every drawing session. I have used this fact in my package distribution for years assuming LISPINIT=1 usually. (Add the path; load the menu; you are done.)

In BricsCAD, it appears the MNL file loads only on program load. Is this correct? And if so, what's the suggested way to distribute a professional package so it loads in every session?
