v20 Express Tools broken

BCad v20 / Win 7 Pro
(I hope Martin is still following here.)
Migrating to v20, Express Tools loaded, all working fine.
Completed migration / customization and find I’ve lost the Express Tools, giving the message(s):
Unable to recognize command "LMAN".
Unable to recognize command "TXT2MTXT".
etc.
This happened years ago, but cannot recall how it was resurrected.
