How to change the text case of text already in a file

I have some text in a file that is upper case and I need to change it to lower case. The function in AutoCAD was in Express tools but I see no such thing in BricsCAD.

  It's in Express Tools for Bricscad, free at:
  https://www.bricsys.com/applications/a/?express-tools-a589-al1002
  Pull down Express > Text > Change Text Case, or type TCASE.
