pointcloudattach command not recognized in ver 21 bricscad lite

When i click on the Attach Pointcloud icon I get the message below

unable to recognize command "pointcloudattach"

Also when entering the word "point" on the command line the commands/hints above doesn't include the pointcloud attach command there
Does anyone know why this command is not available?
