How to update from v20 to v21

Hi all,

I own a Permanent license for v20 and purchased 1-yr maintenance - expires in May 2021.

From the BricSys website, I don't see any way to update to v21? How are you informed that new updates are available and where do you go to install them?

    An update comes out about once a month. You can find them at https://www.bricsys.com/download.do. Bricscad does not generally advertise when updates are released.

    V21 installs separately from V20 (different folders, etc.) so you can simply run the installer. It will not change anything in your V20 installation. You can decide whether to import settings from V20 or not.

    Login into Your Account Support Page >> Licenses and Support Contracts
    Here you will find your licenses and activation Codes.
    Also you can see when your Maintenance will end and can renew.

    So for me there is a V21 BIM license
    (That I could upgrade to Bricscad Ultimate)

    If you have a still running Maintenance,
    but miss a current Version's license information in there (currently V21),
    (like it happened for me one time in the past),
    you should contact Bricscad Support with a Service Request.

    (They re very friendly and helpful)
