Move copy rotate command lisp Routine

This was one of my favorite commands but it has been a few years since I 've used it.
This was a routine in the express tools menu in AutoCAD .

  I don't know how the routine in Express Tools works, but attached is the one I use.

  there are also "ExpressTools for BricsCAD", see our application catalog (it is freeware, provides majority of original ExpressTools commands and functions).
