trouble assigning image to TIN surface

Hi, I have a TIN surface and an aerial orthophoto to assign to it, but I can't make the photo 'drape' over the surface.
I use 'TINASSIGNIMAGE', select the surface and then select the raster image. The only thing that changes is the colour of the surface. I have triangles switched on and 'realistic' view style.
Any idea where I'm going wrong?

    Hi

    Hard to say what is wrong here. Assign image workflow, visual style and TIN visibility settings are ok. If you can provide sample drawing and image it would help us analyze this issue.

    Andrej has solved the problem.
    The orthophoto I have was 80mb JPEG - the answer was to resize/resample to a smaller file size.
    25% of original size worked.
