DCL Preview not working

Gives me an error message and thereafter, absolutely nothing...
I haven't supplied a DCL because literally the simplest DCL won't work.
A similar problem in ACAD pertains to the user having to grant "full permission" to whichever folder the temporary dialog reference is to be stored in. Feels like a similar problem however, I'm not sure which folder to grant full permission to (tried a few).

Shame because I'm really excited to get into using BLADE more, but right now I'm really only needing the DCL functionality.
