BricsCAD InPower Arc Flash Analysis with IEEE-1584 2018

BricsCAD InPower Arc Flash Analysis with IEEE-1584 2018

Summary:

BricsCAD InPower is used to duplicate and confirm the IEEE-1584 2018 arc flash calculations. Electrode configuration, enclosure dimensions, working distance and bus gap information is loaded into BricsCAD InPower bus block attributes. The network is loaded into InPower and the arc flash calculations are executed. Bolted fault current, fault clearing time, incident energy and arc flash boundary are then calculated. Optional arc flash label images are generated for each bus.
