menus locked

i have bricscad platinum 19.2.14, and all the menus are locked and cannot be moved or dragged in any way. I can open menus from right click on top bar, but once they open, they wont move in any way
I dont have a start point to explain any more.
This only started a week ago, and now the system is totally menu locked
what is happening?

    Perhaps you are accustomed to having LOCKUI turned off, and now it has been turned on. If so, you can override it by holding Ctrl when you click to drag.
