Create Grading Cross Sections in Briscad Civil Survey
We start to change all company cad system from AutoCAD to BricsCAD, now we are trying to use BricsCAD Pro for grading project for substation. We can do TIN Surface, Gradins and Volume Surface, now we need to extract some sections define cut and fill areas form natural TIN Surface
The point is: in AutoCAD Civil 3D have an option to create a "Profile view" of cut and fill areas, is it possible to do this in BricsCAD?

Hello.
Some features for creating multiple sections along a linear entity (alignment, string) are planned to be published starting with V26.
In V25, they are not available.

You may want to look at some of the CIVIL add ons available for Bricscad, such as "Civil Site Design" which has extensive grading tools and should do what you want.

From what I can tell so far, you would need to create an alignment for each profile or cross section, then create a profile view with profiles of the surfaces you want to see in them. Still a beginner with it but it does not do the sections like C3D as far as I have found.

Thanks for the information, I will download and test V26 of this new feature. Unfortunately, it's seems that BricsCAD is very in the beginning with Civil necessities.
