There is software out there, if your serious you will have to pay. The amount of different variations you would require put it outside of a free solution. I did a Google and found multiple software optioins.
I was involved in a 3d House package we took 12 months to develop, it had around 100 lisps. So cabinets would be a similar task.

Look how long direct modeling of simple products takes. It's seconds. Entering hundreds of parameters will take longer than designing the exact product you need. Direct modeling gives you freedom you can't even dream of in the most complex parametric model. Think twice before paying for such a model to be developed—could you be putting shackles on yourself? Parameterization is certainly useful for certain typical assemblies within a product (for example, it's definitely useful for drawers).
