REDSdK Failure

Hi All,

I am having this error for quite a while now. The intermediary where we rent/bought Bricsys from cannot seem to help me.

I am drawing the same as always, however suddenly I keep having this error. Mainly while making a paperspace and exporting it into an pdf. But also sometimes during drawing in modelspace.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

What did you try to do to resolve this already? Did you update graphics drivers?

Yes, I tried it. But did not help :(

I also have the same problem with a new computer. I think it is something in the settings, but cannot find it. Never had this problem before.. my work is really starting to fall behind because of it

Could you provide the full error, as a text or a printscreen? Were there any errors determined by REDSDKINFO command?
