Renewal of student licenses quirky

Dear community,

some of my students want to renew their licenses from last year and are confronted with the problem that there is no option to upload new copies of their student cards as long as the current licenses are valid. So they must wait until they cannot use their BricsCAD copies any longer and then register anew and wait for the new licenses.

It would even help if it was possible to delete the current account to allow a new registration before the new curriculum begins.

Did I miss something on the website or is there no way to avoid the resulting license gap every year?
