Bricscad - native for M-chip Apple Silicon

Hello,

My MacBook has started notifying me that, in the next version of macOS, it will no longer be possible to run programs written for Intel chips. I would like to ask you whether Bricscad V27 will natively support the M-series chips—Apple Silicon—or whether it will still rely on Rosetta and therefore won’t work on the new macOS. Thank you for your response.

  • For now macOS 27 Golden Gate will no more support Intel Macs.

But macOS 27 will still support Intel Apps and Rosetta.

MacOS 28 will be the final end for Intel Apps.
And Bricscad stated that they are working on a native Apple ARM version.
