V27 Property rollover delay

Since I installed Pro V27 on my Windows 11 PC the property rollover delay is not recognizing the value of PROPPREVTIMEOUT.

Regardless of what value I enter, 1 thru 5, the property tip is displayed instantaneously. ( I assume that is the default 1 second but it seems even faster than one second.)

I tried using the default profile, just in case something was wrong with my profile, but the problem persisted.

Is the property delay working for you?

    Upon further investigation I found that the delay feature ONLY works when Quad is turned on.

    Turning on just the property rollover tips with Quad off displays the property tip immediately. I was trying to display just the property rollover. The Quad is really not the way I want to select tools. That is just me I am sure many people will think the Quad is great.
