OK. It´s standard default BIM Window in BricsCAD BIM. In the Properties panel there is the Sill height. But it is "0mm" by default even if the window has no-zero sill height and has to be w…1 -

Logically it should be drawn with dash-dotted line (in my country). But for practical reasons it´s better to draw the window as it is so that the workers don´t forget to build the opening for the win…1
