Modify standard function keys in Bricscad menu (not custom)?

I tweak the bricscad menu for my users, and want to assign F11 to zoom out (0.5x).
I also need to change other function keys.
I know about making a custom menu with accellerators. I prefer not to do that, and am wondering why the CUI is missing this ability?

Hi James, look for the 'Keyboard' tab in the CUI dialog, there you can define accelerators.
