Toolbar trails when moving them V18

Had no idea where to put this one. When I move/relocate toolbars it creates "trails" that disappear once done moving. Not a game breaker but kinda hard to pinpoint when placing the toolbars, did not do this in V16 with same hardware.

    This is a bug in Windows 10 Fall creators update (also known as Windows 10 build 1709). It affects all applications using a drag rectangle when dragging toolbars and control bars (including old versions of BricsCAD, all versions of AutoCAD, and many others).
