Question: When I select an object, the ability to change its Material drop-down arrow appears AS EXPECTED. Why am I NOT able to find a similar Drop-Down Arrow for changing other parameters such as LAYER Assignment ? In my LICENSED V-12 - I have FULL control over any property I want to change EXACTLY as in ACAD and a number of OTHER CAD Programs B-CAD competes with .

The arrow shows up here when selecting a 3D object and then material etc. in the properties palette or the entity properties toolbar.
Did you try to reset your workspace to see if that solves the issue?
