BricsCAD Platinum Civil, TIN Surface Issues

When creating a TIN surface from polyline contours, by either Breakline or Points, I get significant deviation in the resulting tin surface.
This is evident when I overlay the original polyline contours with the created TIN Surface contours.

When I try TIN Edit to correct the deviations I cannot;
1. Select the extra TIN Contours created during the TIN Surface execution to delete them.
2. Modify the TIN Surface contours (Breaklines) by adding new polyline breaklines over the neglected segments of original contours.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
