How to disable small properties pop-up (on hover)?

Simple question - When you hover over an entity, say MTEXT or a DIMENSION, a small properties dialog pops up near the cursor, e.g. Color, Layer, Text Height for an MTEXT entity. When I want to see and adjust properties, I greatly prefer just selecting an entity and modifying the settings in the properties pane. The little pop-up dialog near the cursor constantly gets in my way ... I don't might the 'brighten up' highlight on hover, but that dialog is not desired in my case...

    Please see RollOverTips and Quad in Settings dialog ... also, both is available as statusbar options buttons (RT, Quad), disabling those should help.
