Adapt lisp for autocad to bricscad

@teodor
You did not provide the .dcl file that goes with that.
Looking at the lisp, its pretty generic so should run on bcad. How did it fail?0 -
bcad obviously can't find the .dcl file. Works with autotsad without any problems. Here is the mistake:
- Lisp (new_dialog) failed : DCL id = -1, dialog name 'vel_dcl'

AutoSad, I tell you, that name has been dinging around in my brain for 25 years, and I never formed it. Sad, indeed.
I got the dcl going, be sure to name it vel_dcl.dcl, it gets found no problem if in a search path.
Please tell me your lisps are in a search path....
Now, I get this:
only problem is it should say:
"Your entire dcl has gibberish for titles"
This is what I see in a text editor:I took three years of Spanish and still cannot read that. I tried to pronounce some of those names but my wife thought I was making fun of some other ethnicity so I had to stop. I'm not that mean.
