existing and new situation of a buildingplan

Hi folks, I'm new to BricsCad, how do you deal with the existing and new situation of a building plan within BricsCad.
I have now created the existing state with BIM and am wondering how I can best work with the new situation.
Make a copy in a new drawing and adjust it?

Hi Frankv,

I would suggest to try using Drawing Customization (https://help.bricsys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017588360-Create-drawing-types-with-Drawing-Customization) on both the existing and new plans. Your new elements can carry a specific value in a property, ie. Description and your input could be New. This means in your Drawing Customization, your rule to set is "Description (BIM) = New".

You can do something similar to your Existing elements which are about to be demolished or removed, so they won't show in your new plans.
