Failed to create plot configuration for PDF995.
I think i found the solution for this error message (which affected other people as well https://forum.bricsys.com/discussion/25922/edit-plotter-configuration)
When trying to modify the parameters of the PDF995 PDF printer in BricsCAD, which would create a .PC3 file, i had the following error message : Failed to create plot configuration for PDF995.
I found nothing online about this.
I finally stumbled on the «Security» tab of the printer's properties window and found that the «Everyone» user group was not authorized to «Manage this printer». I simply authorized it and it worked right away in BricsCAD.

Edit: Turns out it wasn't this...
I did it on 2 other PCS and it did not fix the problem.
By luck, i found the simple trick that worked : i simply opened the PDF995 Printer Preferences and changed the paper format to something else. And it worked. I had no error afterward on BricsCAD when trying to create the .pc3...0
