Global Width not Filled-In when Printing
I've been using Global Width of polylines sort of like a custom PenSetting to make certain lines thicker. It shows up fine in both model and paper space, but when I go to print, the polyline is no longer filled in solid but rather an outline at what ever global width I specified with whatever pen settings that polyline has defined.
Am I using global width improperly?
OR is there a toggle somewhere that would print it as a solid polyline?

Does it do that with all printers? Including "Print As PDF"?
Someone reported something similar in 2016:

Hi! Thanks for responding. I honestly have access to internet fairly intermittently.
My default has been to Print to PDF, so thus far I have only seen the problem when I make PDFs. I actually didn't try this with other printers.

I have never had any luck with built-in "print to PDF". I use a PDF printer, PDF XChange. Adobe also works. Adobe use to have a free pdf printer. Then go to page setup and create a new page setup. Select the PDF Printer and plot style you want to use, or create a new one. I print with polylines with global width all the time, no problems.0

Check that "Shade plot" PROPERTIES of the viewport are set to "As displayed".
If it's not this, then check that your view point is in the PLAN view. If the polyline is not orthogonal to your viewpoint, then it won't display/print with solid fill.0
