Blocks refusing to change their layer
Why are Blocks (not their contents within a RefEdit session) refusing to change their layer - 'locked entities removed from the selection set'? None of the layers involved are Locked.

For me it works by editing the QUAD's Layer Info

Yes, it's working for me now, which ever way I do it (Properties panel, Entity Properties toolbar, Quad). Maybe the Blocks were 'Locked' because of the phantom 0-RefEdit0 layer that was present in Layers panel (now disappeared)
