lisp, place block on geometric center of polyline

I want to place a specific block on the geometric center of all polylines longer than 550mm and shorter than 650mm in my drawing. Any idea how I can do that in Lisp?

Stuff like this is covered in the autodesk discussion groups much more, as the bcad groups are somewhat new.
The lisperers here learned there, and you should take full advantage of the info.

I have a feeling you want a complete lisp though.

Not a lisper, so I can't help. But you could also ask over at the swamp, they got BricsCAD and AutoCAD people there:
