How to add predefiend Leader to Toolpalette

Hello,

is it possible to add a Leader with a predefined Text to a Toolpalette?

If I add it with the command: ^c^c_mleader; then I have to enter the Text manually.

    Make it a block, and adjust it to explode when inserted from the Tools palette.
