Xerces Error Help

I have taken a look at these Briscad forum resources and need some help fixing this xerces error.
what do I do with the cui file?

When I last encountered this error reinstalling the program didn't help. I had to delete the default.cui file and renamed the backup default.cui.bak file found in same folder to default.cui to be able to load BricsCAD with the most recent customization change
